Getting Started

Q: What's included in the EverShower kit?
Every kit includes the pump unit, hose, shower head, hard shell carry case, alloy pegs, guy ropes and washing lines. Everything you need for a proper hot shower — nothing needs to be bought separately.

Q: How quickly can I set it up?
Most people are showering within five minutes of unpacking for the first time. After that it takes seconds. There are no tools, no plumbing and no special skills required.

Q: How big is it?
Packed down it measures 53 x 53 x 17cm and weighs around 10kg — fits easily inside most vans and storage spaces. Set up, it stands 175cm tall and 100cm across — less than a standard van interior height.

Q: Will it fit in my van?

Yes. EverShower was specifically designed for van use including smaller builds and micro vans. You can set it up inside with the roof popped up, outside at the tailgate, beside the sliding door, or anywhere outdoors. No van or space is too small.

WATER AND HEATING

Q: How do I heat the water?
The simplest method is a kettle — boil a kettle and mix with 5-6 litres of cold water already in the tub for a perfect warm shower. EverShower is also compatible with most portable water heaters and solar heating bags if you prefer.

Q: How much water do I need?

8 litres gives you a full 20-minute shower when recycling. You can fill the tub to a maximum of 15 litres if you prefer continuous fresh water flow — useful if you have good water capacity in your van.

Q: Am I showering in dirty water?

When recycling, yes — but it's exactly like having a bath. The water stays clean throughout a normal shower. You can also add fresh water mid-shower for a final rinse, or run on continuous fresh water if your supply allows.

Q: What's it like in cold weather?

Excellent inside a van. A couple of kettles gives you a genuinely warm shower, and recycling the water helps retain heat throughout. With a van heater running you can create a surprisingly comfortable steam room effect outside under the stars

Q: Can I use it with my existing van water system?

Yes. EverShower uses standard fittings and connects directly to most existing van pump systems. It also works with mains pressure if you have a hookup.

PRACTICAL USE

Q: Can I use it indoors without the frame?

Yes. Inside a van or building with suitable overhead attachment points, EverShower can be used without the full frame. The shower head hangs from above for hands-free use.

Q: Can I use soap and shampoo?
Yes. We recommend rinsing the pump with clean fresh water after use if you've been using soap or shampoo. In water-scarce situations you can skip soap for the recycling phase and add a soapy wash at the end.

Q: How do I drain it after use?
Indoors: drain the tub into a nearby drain or sink using the handset. Outdoors: open the drain plug and let it drain away, pump the water out, or carry the tub to a suitable drain point. On a continuous fresh water setting just drain directly to a suitable outlet.

Q: Does it really work in demanding real world conditions?
Yes. At Glastonbury festival people were queuing up to use it at a customers caravan rather than wait for the showers. It has been used to provide showers for hospital staff in Uganda and has been field tested by teams operating in the Balkans and sub-Saharan Africa.

Q: How durable is it?
Very. EverShower has been field-tested in some of the world's most demanding environments — from the Balkans to sub-Saharan Africa. The hard shell case is specifically designed for off-road and expedition use.

PUMP CARE

Q: How do I look after the pump?
The pump is the hardest working part of the EverShower system and a little care goes a long way. Some customers have had issues with turning the pump on when the water pipe was kinked leading to pump failure so always ensure the houses are properly set up. Always rinse it with clean fresh water after use — especially if you've been using soap. Never run it dry and store it dry between trips. A well-maintained pump will last for years.

Q: What if I need a replacement pump?
Replacement pumps are available to order directly from us or many retailerds. The pump uses a standard fitting and is straightforward to replace yourself — no tools or technical knowledge needed.

Buying, Delivery and Warranty

Q: How much does EverShower cost?
The complete kit is £350 in the UK and €399 in Europe. Everything is included — there are no extras to buy

Q: Do you offer free delivery?
Yes — free courier delivery throughout the UK. European delivery is available at checkout.

Q: Can I try before I buy?
Yes. We atre presently establishing a hire option for customers who want to try EverShower before committing to a purchase.

Weekend hire (3 days): £55

Week hire: £75

Month hire: £150

A refundable deposit of £100 applies to all hire periods. If you decide to buy within 30 days of returning your hire unit, the hire fee is deducted from the purchase price.

Q: What is the returns policy?
We offer a 30 day returns policy. If EverShower isn't right for you, contact us and we'll arrange a return. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Q: What warranty does EverShower carry?
EverShower carries a 2 year guarantee on the complete kit. The pump carries a 12 month warranty — as a wear component its lifespan depends on correct use and care. Full care instructions are included in every kit and replacement pumps are available directly from us.

Q: Can I order outside the UK and Europe?
